Headshot (Shoulders-up) starting at 50 USD

Half-body (Waist-up) starting at 100 USD

Knee-up to Full-body starting at 150 USD

Note that prices are subjective to complexity of character design / concept / background. Prices listed are base prices, which all include a single character with a simple background (solid colour, pattern, gradient, painterly graphic). All prices are in USD.

Additional payments:

  • Additional characters are an additional +75% per person (maximum of 3 in one canvas)

  • Complicated character designs (e.g. heavy suit of armor) are an additional +30%

  • Props, depending on the complexity, start from 5%

  • Complex backgrounds (e.g. forests, skies, beaches, and more nature-focused scenes) have an additional price that starts at +20%

  • More complicated backgrounds (e.g. fight scenes, complex architecture, numerous background elements in perspective) start at +75%

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission request.

  • I do not claim any intellectual ownership to the characters that I will draw, just the artwork itself so please do not remove my signature.

  • I reserve the right to repost the artwork in my portfolio, commission sample gallery, or publications in the future. However, If this is a secret project let me know beforehand and I will keep the project a secret accordingly.

  • When reposting the finished product, please don't forget to credit me via links to any of my socials or my handle (@kattoesque).

  • Please do not significantly alter the finished product. Simple adjustments like recoloring certain aspects are allowed. If you aren't quite sure, feel free to message me beforehand.

  • Mode of payment is strictly via Paypal (USD) / GCash (PH) / PayMaya (PH).

  • For commercial use, please inform me beforehand as there is an additional fee included atop the base fee.

  • Payments can be made in full upfront or instalments. 50% to start and the rest once I've finished with your commission.

  • I do accept refunds; however, please respect that I will no longer accept refunds once I've reached the rendering stage of the artwork.

  • I can allow up to three (3) minor revisions after the completion of the commission as a whole (within a week of sending out of original files). So please be upfront with changes in the early stages of the piece.

  • The average turnaround time is from 1 week to 45 days depending on the load of my day job. However, you're free to ask for updates anytime.

Workflow

  1. Please send me an email ([email protected]) with your commission inquiry if you have questions for me, or fill up my Commission Request Form below if you have a clear idea on what you'd like.

  2. Rough Concept Sketch (2-3 options to choose from) - maybe more depending on the desired outcome

  3. Lineart - finalisation of character design

  4. Payment - 50% downpayment or 100% upfront, this is up to the commissioner's preferences

  5. Base Colours, Background

  6. Rendering

  7. Final Payment- For those who only partially paid

  8. Handover of original high-resolution files
